- due to the kind of payment i take + past experiences, right now i take full payment up front. if i am taking a long time finishing your piece, i usually try to offer an extra small piece (chibi, bust) to compensate.

the price of a custom will vary depending on the complexity! customs will require a lot of communication, so please be detailed!! i adore making customs :3first discussing a price (how much you're willing to offer) is where we'll normally start! for a higher price i might bundle some things, such as getting a reference sheet + chibi of your new custom, while for a lower price you'll get the initial polished design, but nothing too fancy.the more detailed you are the better! some ways you can express what you want in the custom could be ;
giving me a moodboard
listing species you like
aesthetics you like
clothing / accessories or outfits you might want me to base your custom off of
personality traits, basic character info!
is the character more fem/masc or androgynous? maybe they have a complicated gender presentation! tell me about it!
